Ravi is passionate to help cancer patients from his personal experience.

He has over 28 years of experience in deal sourcing, deal execution, asset management, operations consulting, and C-level management. Prior to joining Innovatus Capital Partners, LLC in February 2019, he was a Founder and Managing Partner at Excelsior Capital Partners for eight years, a portfolio company of the Perella Weinberg Asset Based Value Strategy (“ABV”) that invests in distressed debt, special situations, and specialty lending across commercial real estate and operating companies.

Ravi has evaluated and invested in over $1 billion of distressed and special situations. From 2007 to 2009, he served as a Managing Director in the Special Assets Group at Republic Financial Corporation, and from there, advanced to becoming a Principal at Marlin Equity Partners, a $6.7 billion private equity firm focused on corporate divestiture, turnaround, growth equity and buy-and-build investment opportunities.​

Sy is passionate in helping cancer patient's better manager their illnesses and inspired to be a member of the board of directors to create meaningful impact.

Sy is currently Board Member and Chief Operating Officer of DeliverHealth a platform and service company to simplify healthcare experience.

During more than 25 year professional technology and healthcare management, Sy has developed a reputation for ensuring successful services by exceeding customer expectations, increasing value, innovating solutions, and enhancing high performing organizations. Along the way, he founded and was CEO of Whitespace Health, an advanced cloud analytics platform with solutions for revenue cycle and operational management. Sy was also Senior Vice President of Operations at M*Modal, Senior Director of Product Management at Microsoft, and had the role of Principal Consultant at Fujitsu. ​ ​

Stephen spent over 33 years at Microsoft Corporation in a variety of roles. He was instrumental in delivery of multiple products and services and led large engineering teams focusing on delivery, quality and customer satisfaction.

When he retired in 2019 he founded Chaney and Company Incorporated, a small boutique technology consulting firm that focuses on helping companies develop digital transformation strategies specializing in modern engineering practices such as Agile, DevOps and Cloud engineering.

He has also acted as both an advisor and investor with multiple startup technology companies. Stephen has a passion for using technology to help transform and solve social issues facing the world today. ​

Tara has over 25 years' experience as a Senior Executive focused on Finance and Operations.

She works closely with executive teams in creating both processes and tools that enable clear visibility and efficient processes. Her experience is global in nature and she has effectively supported both small and mid-size companies, startups, reorgs and established businesses.

Most recently, her role as a member of the leadership team at Code Fellows, a coding academy, helped lead and drive their growth as a market leader as a coding bootcamp school.

Joe is a 19-year Microsoft veteran and has a 30-year wealth of technology experience. He formerly directed numerous organizations at Microsoft, is a certified Scrum master, and has led numerous large projects to success, including the 6-month BizTalk implementation for Ford Motor Co. His technical acumen, abounding charisma, and masterful leadership propel our organization, and yours, to success.

Casey brings over 12 years of leadership experience from a diverse set of concentrations including software development and supply chain management.

As a fullstack developer and technical product lead he has led the ground up design and creation of multiple applications.

Prior to working in the software industry, he was a Senior Channel Manager and Project Manager with Accenture and Microsoft. Casey directed international teams in developing and deploying real-time cost and time savings solutions across diverse and complex supply chains.

Christina is a Sr Production Planner with over 22 years' experience in Optical Manufacturing. Working with some of the bigger names in manufacturing as well as numerous government contracts. Christina has proven to be a strong asset wherever she is needed.

At the age of 36 Christina was diagnosed with stage lll metastatic breast cancer. After receiving devastating news Christina life at that moment has changed forever. Life has never been the same since cancer became a factor in her life. With Christina Faith she never gave up on fighting for her life and her family. After 16 rounds of chemo, 6 months treatments of HER2 and 28 rounds of radiation; Christina is Cancer Free, Striving & A Warrior.

Christina was introduced to Forbie® by her oncologist to enhance her medical needs. She has been an active user since April 2021. The application has been part of her daily routine. She is able to monitor daily progress or concerns that would need to be addressed with her doctor. Since Christina has been using the application, it has helped be her voice during the struggle of common chemo brain, treatments, and dealing with side effects from medications. Forbie® has helped her express the struggles a cancer patient deals with on a daily basis.

In June 2022, Christina joined the board with Forbie®. With a passion to helping others Forbie® has brought the perfect opportunity to do that. Christina is honored to be part of an establishment that focuses on cancer patients like herself. She is able to bring an insight as well as understanding to the user experience to better assist users to put their healthcare in their hands. She is proud of what she's accomplished and is looking forward to the future being an advocate for others.

Sujay is an engineering leader and mentor with over 25 years of experience. Over this time, he has worked with path-breaking organizations and knows what it is to work in an enviroment that is challenging the status quo. Sujay has successfully delivered projects worth over $ 50 million dollars and mentored over a 100 people both as part of his formal role and various outreach initiatives.

Cancer is deeply personal to Sujay having lost two very close relatives to it, with an aunt losing her long battle quite literally on his young lap. He is deeply committed to the cause and believes in the solution that is being built, to both lend a hand and help steer it in the right direction.

Sana is a Trustee Scholar at USC studying Computational Neuroscience. She is interested in neuroscience, machine learning, entrepreneurship, and strategy design.

At USC, Sana is involved in the AI for Social Good Center and researching predictive motor recovery in stroke patients. She is energized by providing structural and empathetic solutions to healthcare problems, which lead her to Forbie!

Jason is a student at Grand Canyon University and studies Digital Design with a minor in Animation. While at GCU, Jason has recently found an interest in combining the world of design with the world of business which has led him to UI/UX design.

Jason's father is a cancer survivor, and this is what drew him to Forbie. As a designer, Jason has contributed to Forbie by designing new interfaces and user experiences and looks to improve upon his knowledge and skills as well as grow his portfolio.
